Garstang and District Heritage Society is a registered charity.
The Society promotes, shares and preserves the local history of the Garstang district. We use our website to share aspects of Garstang heritage which otherwise would be lost or not be accessible to the public, and actively record current aspects of Garstang and the former rural district which will be of interest in the future.
We continue to build and add to the website, and we hope to feature a wide range of exclusive articles, historical information and photographs.
We also have a Facebook page, which we hope will be an ideal forum for sharing old photographs, memories, family tree quests and other local information.
